Just purchased my first Subaru ever at Delaney's. From start to finish, everything was very easy. George who is the driver was very nice. Aaron was very informative, easy to talk with, found the car I wanted and had it there in a couple of days. Jennifer made the final purchasing process just as easy. There was no pressure when I declined extras. Samantha who I will see again in a couple of weeks. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I’ve bought a new Subaru Ascent at this dealership recently in the near future, I’m going to buy another Subaru at this dealership every time I am in at this location I have had great customer service Jim Brown sold us our Subaru ascent Touring model I spoke with Jim Brown today. I’m thinking about getting either a New outback or a New Forrester Jim is always very personable and easy to talk to and he drives what he sells!!! thank you Jim for all your help also Vicky from the service department was outstanding recently when I had my ascent in for its first service.

Holli is the best in sales department! She has been so informative, helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate her for getting me into my crosstrek with such a smooth process! My last crosstrek needed so much work wasn’t worth the costs, she got me into a new vehicle the next day! We appreciate her business and will be using her in the future for now on!

I just bought a new Subaru and had an awesome experience! It was a sudden decision and not planned but turned actually into a fun experience. JD Brown was my dealer and I was impressed how he went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! He made sure too that after I bought my Subaru that I would stay a happy customer by ensuring I could call him for any questions and got me in touch with another person as a resource to ask any questions about my Subaru.

Delaney Subaru is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever been worked. Yes I am an employee and somewhat bias but I’ll tell you what, I’ve never worked with a group of people who went above and beyond for customers the way these folks do. This years they were the Number One employer of Indiana County and there’s no question why. Customers enjoy coming to visit us and they’re always repeat customers. That says a lot!! Holli is one on the nicest, most personable, sales agents I have ever met! She took the time to get to know my fiance and I both as well as listen to our concers as we voiced them. I did not feel like she was rushing me or trying to persuade me even once. I also greatly appreciate her handwritten thank you card!
